This policy applies only to information we collect in our App and in email, text, and other electronic communications sent through or in connection with our App. This policy DOES NOT apply to information collected in other apps or websites (including third-party websites you may access through the App), or information collected by any third party. These third parties may have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read before providing information on or through them.

Should you not wish to have your information gathered or used as described in this policy, you may uninstall the App from the device(s) on which you have downloaded it.

1. Ownership

• This application is owned by Dimitar Pamporov (hereinafter referred to as the "Owner").
• The content of this application is protected by Copyright Law and related intellectual property rights. All text and graphic materials remain the property of the author.

2. General Terms & Disclaimer

• Users have the right to use the information and content in the App solely for personal and non-commercial purposes, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing with the Owner.
• Reproduction, copying, or redistribution of entire materials is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of the Owner, regardless of whether the source is indicated or a link is provided. Any unauthorized use will be pursued through legal means to the full extent of the law.
• Linking to the ChronoRace app is free.
• Health and Fitness Disclaimer: The App provides sample running workouts, hydration guidelines, and general advice related to physical activity. All workouts and tips are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
• Each user voluntarily and at their own risk chooses whether and how to execute workouts or follow the guidelines provided in the App. It is recommended to consult a physician or qualified medical professional before starting any new physical program.
• The Owner accepts no liability or responsibility for any physical injuries, health issues, accidents, or damages arising directly or indirectly from the use of the App or reliance on any information or workouts provided within it.
• The Owner reserves the right to make changes to the design, content, and terms of use at any time without prior notice.

3. Information We Collect and How We Use It

Information is automatically collected when you use our App. Information collected may include usage details, metadata, and anonymized performance data from your device.

We do not generally collect or store information through which we can personally identify you ("Personally Identifiable Information" or "PII") unless provided voluntarily upon registration. Any data handled by service providers and cooperation partners is processed in compliance with GDPR regulations.

4. Analytics Data

Anonymous data ("Analytics Data") regarding your use of our App is tracked and transmitted to us to help fix bugs and improve functionality. This data consists of:

• An anonymous device identifier (enabling technical issue troubleshooting on the same device);
• Crash logs (allowing application failures to be investigated);
• App interaction signals and event data (indicating when and how specific features are used).

We process Analytics Data using Google Analytics, Firebase, and Microsoft App Center. Analytics Data is fully anonymized, cannot be traced back to you personally, and is not shared with unauthorized third parties.

5. Advertising Data

Our app does not contain ads and does not collect data for ad targeting.
